Section 8. Final provisions

1. Employees of the Fund accompanying work with Clients should be familiar with these Regulations;

2. In case of non-compliance with the rules and procedures provided for by these Regulations, the employees of the Fund bear disciplinary responsibility;

3. This Regulation is reviewed and updated as experience is gained and market conditions change.
