Section 6. The procedure for executing operations for exchanging tokens for cryptoassets and crediting them to customer's wallets

1. If the Client intends to receive crypto assets against the supply of NEOD tokens, he must apply for an exchange in his Personal Account.

2. After the application is received, NEOD tokens are automatically debited from the Client's wallet to the Company's wallet based on an order to write off NEOD tokens;

7. The Panama Foundation makes changes to the register of holders of NEOD tokens.

8. At the expense of the written-off NEOD tokens, on the basis of an agreement for the exchange of NEOD tokens for USDT, USDT is credited to the Client's external wallet.
