Section 7. Procedure for execution of control operations

1. The Manager and the General Manager of the Company control the timely execution of transactions with Shares and NEOD tokens: the supply of NEOD tokens against the client's Shares, the supply of USDT against NEOD tokens in their work areas.

4. Account and, if necessary, assist the Client in passing a particular stage of the transaction. The Manager and the General Manager track the Client's path in the Personal

5. The General Manager keeps track of the balance of Units belonging to the Panama Fund in the register of Unit holders and informs the Director of the Company about the balance of less than 25,000 Units.

6. The Manager checks the receipt of funds to the Company's account during each transaction, as well as at the end of each business day.

7. The Manager and the General Manager are responsible for proper logging.

8. The Manager and the General Manager promptly respond to notifications from the Personal Account about various issues identified by the system when the Client passes through the C4C Service, and, if necessary, contact the Company's technical support service to eliminate the problems that have arisen.
