Safina 2FA is an application for two-factor authentication using a one-time password. Passwords are generated using Time-based One-time Password Algorithm (TOTP) and HMAC-based One-time Password Algorithm (HOTP). The service implements the algorithms specified in RFC 6238 and RFC 4226.
Unlike existing two-factor authentication services, the one-time passwords are generated independently on the user's device and the service's server, respectively, eliminating the possibility of interception by a third party.
The one-time password is a 6-digit number that the user must provide in addition to their username and password to log in to the Safina personal account or other services.
Safina users can connect Safina 2FA for login to their personal account.
