-1. The main functions of the Company in cooperation with the Panama Fund are: a. accounting of client shares; 
-  * b. registration of transactions with client shares; 
-  * c. confirmation of clients' rights under these Shares; 
- 
-2. The Company sells a Digital Fund Unit (consisting of 125,000 Shares) To the Panama Foundation on the basis of a purchase and sale agreement. At the same time, the Company assumes the functions of an agent of the Panama Fund for the further sale of Shares to customers;

-3. The Panama Fund undertakes to repay the purchase price of the Unit in the future at the expense of proceeds from the further sale of the Shares acquired by it to customers; 
- 
-4. The company makes transactions with clients on its own behalf, but in the interests of the Panama Fund. For transactions made by the Company with clients, the Panama Fund becomes obligated; 
- 
-5. The Company sells Shares to clients on the basis of investment agreements concluded with them; 
- 
-6. After the conclusion of each of the investment agreements with the Client, the Company notifies the Panama Fund (by reflecting information about this in the accounting system) about the amount of the transaction and the number of Shares purchased;

-7. The Company writes off part of the debt of the Panama Fund to itself under the Unit purchase and sale agreement for an amount equal to the amount of money received by the Company as an agent of the Panama Fund from the sale of Shares to the Client;

-8. The Company's manager performs daily reconciliation of the remaining Shares in the system with accounting data.
