- | 2) The Digital Fund - is the NEOETF Digital Fund investment fund registered in Luxembourg, registration number B260521. | ||
- | 3) The Panama Fund - is the NEOETF Foundation mutual fund registered in Panama, registration number 25044287. | ||
- | 4) C4C service - is a service provided to Clients, which is expressed in ensuring that they acquire digital assets for fiat funds and fiat funds for digital assets, using a settlement system that meets the requirements of the legislation of all involved jurisdictions. | ||
- | 5) A share - is a security with an initial nominal value of 1 euro, issued by the Digital Fund and placed at the disposal of the Company after the issue, certifying the right of its holder to present the Share for redemption on the terms stipulated by the Memorandum. | ||

- | 4. Full interaction with purchasers of Units and Units; | ||
